All Sales Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all helmet purchases from Dendra Tactical are considered final sale. Unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing before purchase, each helmet is individually prepared, modified, and assembled following order placement.

We do not offer discretionary returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for changes of mind, ordering errors attributable to the customer, or dissatisfaction with standard production timelines.

Production Delays

Customers acknowledge that estimated fulfillment times may occasionally be extended due to supplier delays, component availability, production requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was purchased, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs when available.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy.
