🪖 Helmet Sizing

Measure your head circumference approximately ¾ inch above the brow.

While circumference is the most accurate sizing method, head shape also plays a role.

No stress — if you receive the wrong size, we’ll process an exchange for the correct one as long as the helmet was only test-fitted.

Medium (M) 21.5″ – 22.5″

Large (L) 22.5″ – 23.5″

X-Large (XL) 23.5″ – 24.5″

🛠️ Build Details

Helmets are built to order.

Estimated lead time: approximately 3 weeks.

Each SF helmet is converted from low-cut military surplus aramid/Kevlar shells, original manufacturers may include:

Gentex, Stemaco, Unicor, MSA, and 3M.

Specific shell brands or models can be requested (pricing may vary).

All SF conversions are identical after the build process, regardless of the base shell.
